As a University of Pennsylvania Health System (UPHS) employee, PA College extends a 10% discount on PA College tuition only to any UPHS employee, spouse or dependent of that employee, who has been with the health system in a full-time or part-time role for six months or more. The discount does not apply to those that are working on a per diem basis.
In addition, UPHS provides a very generous tuition benefit to full-time and part-time employees that have been with the health system for more than six months. The benefit is extended to the following entities with the tuition benefit rates as described below.

It is imperative that UPHS employees review the Tuition Assistance Policy that can be found on the Penn Medicine Intranet. - Clinical Practices of the University of Pennsylvania (CPUP)
- Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP)
- Penn Medicine Princeton Hospital (PMPH)
- Penn Presbyterian Medical Center (PMMC)
- Pennsylvania Hospital (PAH)
- Penn Medicine at Home (PMAH)
Chester County Hospital (CCH) operates with the following benefits:
- $6,000 – Full-time employees annual maximum for formal degrees
- $3,000 – Part-time employees annual maximum for formal degrees
- $2,635 – Full-time employees annual maximum for non-formal degrees
- $1,317 – Part-time employees annual maximum for non-formal degrees

*Non-formal degrees include certificates, open studies, or pre-requisites to a degree program.

PA College offers WellSpan employees a scholarship that equates to 10% off the normal tuition rate established by the College each academic year if the learner signs up for the Forgivable Loan Program through WellSpan.

PA College offers WellSpan employees a scholarship that equates to 10% off the normal tuition rate established by the College each academic year if the learner signs up for the Forgivable Loan Program through WellSpan.
As a WellSpan employee, PA College extends a scholarship that equates to 10% off the normal tuition rate to any WellSpan employee who signs up for the Forgivable Loan Program at least 30 days prior to the start of their first class. The scholarship does not apply to anyone who is currently working on a per diem basis for the health system and the scholarship can only be applied to future semesters and is not retroactive.
Each WellSpan employee must complete the Tuition Deferment Form on the PA College website under “How do I complete tuition deferment” accordion, as well as the Forgivable Loan Application on the WellSpan Portal prior to the start of the semester that it applies.

Tower Health consists of acute care hospitals providing a full range of medical care with locations in Reading, Coatesville, Jennersville, Phoenixville, Pottstown and Philadelphia.
